** NOTE for 2024 we are planning to offer group only bookings. We are having a very busy year so aren't going to plan our typical workshop dates. However, if you have a group of colleagues and would like to book an intro or professional development workshop, please get in touch! We will be able to put together a workshop to suit your needs. Costs are below.

**International attendees are welcome.
We will be teaching you horse-handling skills, however this 3-day workshop does not equip you with enough horsemanship to provide equine therapy on your own. This workshop will serve as either an introduction to the field, or a professional development opportunity for those already in the field. Your core training to become and equine-assisted therapist will be extensive, it is not something that can be covered in a 3-day workshop.
Previous horse handling experience is a benefit, but not compulsory.
The workshop is all ground work (as is our equine-therapy style).
This workshop is suitable for clinicians who are already working with horses in therapy, who want to start their equine therapy journey, or who are working/wanting to work alongside an equine specialist in their therapy sessions.
We will be spending 3 days together getting to know the horses (brumbies, who have been trained specifically for therapy), teaching you how to structure an equine-assisted session, doing role plays and skill development in ethical horsemanship. Topics such as equine body language and learning theory will be applied to horsemanship skills.
This is a hands-on workshop, expect to be up and about for 3 days!
We are all too familiar with the nightmare of scheduling in professional development clinics and workshops.
To assist you to access our training at times that suit you - we now have the option to book a private clinic with your small group.
This is perfect for business wanting to train multiple staff.
You are welcome to book the clinics with less than 5 people, however the cost will remain the same.
Groups larger than 5 people can be accommodated for an additional cost, email us for a quote.
If you cannot get 5 people for your group, we can try to find additional participants for your date to help you split the costs.
These can be run over 3 days either from Friday - Sunday, or Saturday - Monday.
With enough notice, we can do a mid-week clinic (Both Tamara and Sam have clients booked during the week, so we need plenty of notice to make these work).
Cost for up to 5 people - $4500
Can be Saturday-Sunday, or mid-week options available with enough notice.
We will get MOST of the content to you in 2 days, with slightly less time dedicated to each area of learning.
Cost for up to 5 people - $3000
These can be organised and content will be tailored to suit your needs - with more focus on the areas that are of most relevance to you and your staff/colleagues.
Cost for up to 5 people - $1500
We do have the option to cater your workshops for you.
Prices range depending on dietary requirements, but we generally spend about $100 per day for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
Otherwise, all clinics are BYO (with facilities such as fridge, microwave etc. available).
We have a limited number of guest rooms available, as well as camping on the property.
Contact us for more info about pricing packages, depending on the size of your group.
